On June 17, a delegation from the School of Economics and Management at China Agricultural University visited Panbao Group and held in-depth discussions at the company's Beijing headquarters on topics including agricultural industry development, corporate strategic cooperation, and industry-academia-research collaboration.

Prior to the symposium, a delegation from the School of Economics and Management visited Panbao Group's office complex and corporate exhibition area, where they gained detailed insights into the group's development history, industrial portfolio, and corporate culture framework.
During the symposium, Panbao Group provided a comprehensive overview of its overall development and strategic planning, focusing on sharing research advancements, product applications, and industrialization practices of its core technology system— "Zeolite + Panbao 343 Bioenzymes" —in the field of ecological farming and breeding. The School of Economics and Management at China Agricultural University highlighted its disciplinary strengths in agricultural economic management, brand strategy research, and policy consulting, while also discussing its collaboration with research platforms such as the China Agricultural Brand Research Center and its previous university-industry partnerships.

The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on multiple aspects, including agricultural enterprise brand building, market system expansion, industrial strategy upgrading, and agricultural policy research. Furthermore, both parties exchanged views on leveraging alumni networks and jointly developing the industry ecosystem, reaching positive consensus on key areas including talent recruitment for young professionals, mutual empowerment between universities and enterprises, and integration of industry resources. Concurrently, the MBA Education Center of China Agricultural University will host its second Graduate Job Fair, where Panbao Group was invited to participate in recruitment and networking events for alumni enterprises, further enhancing channels for connecting high-caliber talents and fostering industry collaboration.
This collaboration not only strengthened the interaction between Panbao Group and university research institutions, but also laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in industrial research, brand development, and talent management systems.
